Help DeVries Nature Conservancy & Friends celebrate the removal of an invasive, yet delicious, woodland invader...by eating it!


Please plan to arrive at 6:30pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm.

Appetizer

Garlic mustard, gruyere, ramps and morel mushroom puff pastry with demi-glace

 Salad

Baby kale, shaved brussels sprouts, black quinoa, bacon, corn, dried cherries, ricotta salata, and candied walnuts tossed with balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée

Basil and garlic mustard pesto stuffed pork tenderloin with apple brandy cream sauce served with roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled local asparagus 

 OR

Lake Superior whitefish with garlic mustard-Michigan Riesling sauce, wild rice, and grilled local asparagus

 OR

 Parmesan breaded eggplant with housemade marinara, fresh buffalo mozzarella over a bed of linguini

  Dessert

Lance’s Bakery apple/cherry fritter bread pudding with cherry caramel sauce


$70 per member with drink pairings.  $60 per member without drink pairings.
